KAIJU BUNRAKU (2017) – Short Film of the Day

What happens to those left to experience the attacks of the Kaiju in Japan? What is their story? How do they cope with the constant rebuilding?

Kaiju Bunraku is directed by Lucas Leyva & Jillian Mayer, and uses Bunraku (Japanese puppet theatre) to tell its story. This is a story which name-drops the baddest of the bad and features a wonderfully crafted Mothra. It is a 13 minute treat.

Here is the synopsis:

A day in the life of a Husband and a Wife, living in a world of giant monsters.
